It is our pleasure to accommodate your next special event. Whether a birthday, baby or bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, reception, business meeting or office happy hour, we are always saving a chair for you and your guests.
We offer large reservation and private event options.
Large Reservations in the Restaurant
We have several areas that
are available for your event:
- Half of the Crescent Room – accommodates 25-30 people.
- The North and South Terraces – accommodate up to 12 people.
- The Courtyard – out-door area seating for up to 20.
For large parties of 20 or more, we will design a preset menu with three to five items of your selection. The menu can also be personalized with a header of your choice. A set menu allows the guest to maintain a budget and streamlines the ordering process for a more enjoyable dining experience. Please refer to the restaurant menus for options.
Other amenities available:
- Linen packages: For special events guests may choose to add white linens for an additional charge (determined by the size of the party).
- Cakes and party favors: Chez Zee offers cakes, cookies and brownies for special events in all of your favorite flavors.
- Gift tables, sign-in tables, and room dividers.

Private Parties in The Gallery
The Gallery Private Dining Room is the only completely private area available at Chez Zee. The Gallery is a separate building with its own P.A. music system, piano and restrooms. Guests can control every aspect of their experience. This is the perfect venue for rehearsal dinners, presentations, award ceremonies, parties, etc.
The Gallery Amenities:
- Buffets or seated dinners up to 90 guests; Receptions up to 120 guests
- Complete menu and wine selections
- Full bar service from basic beer and wine to exquisite wine selections and premium liquors
- House centerpieces, charger plates, linens and background music.

- Centrally located off of Mopac on Balcones Drive and 2222
- Valet parking available

FAQ
How do I reserve a date?
For large parties in the restaurant or private events in the Gallery, you may email Johanna Bergmann, our in-house event coordinator at events@chezzee.com . Please include the date of your party, the time, the number of people, the type of event. You will receive email confirmation.
Alternatively, you may call 512-748-0345 to speak directly to Johanna. If you are transferred to voicemail please leave a detailed message including the date of your party, the time, the number of people, the type of event. Your call is very important to us. We will return your call as soon as possible.
If you need to make your reservation right away…
You may also call Chez Zee directly at 512-454-2666 to speak to the manager on duty.
In order to reserve a date in the Gallery, a $500 deposit is required.
What areas do you have available?
We have several areas that are available for your event:

What is the Gallery?
The Gallery Private Dining Room is the only completely private area in the restaurant. The Gallery is a separate building and has its own P.A. music system, and piano. Guests control every aspect of the experience in The Gallery. This is the perfect venue for rehearsal dinners, presentations, award ceremonies, parties, etc.
Can we bring in our own cake, cupcakes, or other food or desserts?
Unfortunately, we do not allow any outside food or beverages in Chez Zee. However, we would love to bake a cake, or even cupcakes, for your event. Let us know if you have any special requests. We can usually handle any request with enough notice.
Can we turn down the music for speeches or gift presentations?
If you have reserved the entire Crescent Room or South Side Dining Room we can turn down the music in that area. However if the piano player is playing, we may not be able to control noise level. We will do our best to accommodate you.
When can you accommodate baby showers and bridal showers?
We can accommodate baby and bridal showers in the restaurant
Saturdays 9:00AM, 11:00AM, 2:00 PM, and 3 :00 PM.
Sundays 9:00 AM or 3:00PM and later.
Can you accommodate presentations?
We can accommodate presentations in The Gallery Private Dining room. However, we cannot accommodate video presentations in the restaurant.
Do you provide audio, video equipment?
In the Gallery, use of our P.A. system for background music or an iPod is complimentary. Use of our screen is also complimentary. Use of our hand-held, wireless microphone is $45; use of our LCD projector is $150 and use of our Bose speakers for the projector is $65.
When do I need to give a final head count?
A confirmed head count will be needed 72 hours prior to your event.
What if fewer people arrive than the confirmed number?
We are reserving this time and space for you. If your number decreases from the final head count there is a per person charge for each person who did not attend. The per person price will be determined by the lowest price entrée for your event.
What if the number in my group goes up?
Should your numbers change we will make a reasonable attempt to accommodate your party. However, we reserve the right to place your party wherever necessary and change seating arrangements with no prior notice.
How will the tables be arranged?
We can accommodate groups up to 12 at one table. Due to space, groups over 12 will need to be broken down into smaller tables.
Unfortunately, due to space limitations we are not able to accommodate horseshoe or conference style tables.
May I bring in decorations?
If you wish you may arrive up to 15 minutes early to decorate your table. We ask that you refrain from using confetti or glitter as it may stain our tables.
Can we have floral arrangements delivered?
All tables will have bud vases with flowers, but you are welcome to bring your own flowers or have floral arrangements delivered. We also provide in-house floral decoration for an additional fee.
Is the restaurant handicapped accessible?
Yes, we are handicapped accessible. Please let the manger know at the time of booking to special needs of any guest in your group.
