Hold your next event at Chez Zee American Bistro
in one of our private or semi- private areas. We
accommodate baby and bridal showers, rehearsal dinners
or receptions, birthdays or business meetings and
of course office happy hours. We offer lunch, brunch,
and dinner packages or cocktail and appetizer events.
Our crescent room seats up to 50
and our south dinning room up to 40 or have your
happy hour in our lovely outdoor courtyard. Contact
one of our managers for details for your next event.
We are always saving a chair for you.
We can accommodate large Parties up to 50 people
in our Crescent Room, Parties up to 30 in our "South
Side" Dining Area, and Parties up to 120 in
our Gallery Private

event all menu items will be rung in at normal menu

In-Restaurant Party FAQ
How do I reserve a date?
In order to reserve a date a credit card is required.
When do I need to give a final head
count?
A confirmed head count will be needed 48 hours prior to
your event.
What if fewer people arrive than the
confirmed number?
We are reserving this time and space for you. If your
number decreases from the final head count there
is a per person charge for each person who did not
attend. The per person price will be determined
by the lowest price entrée for your event.
What if the number in my group goes
up?
Should your numbers change we will make a reasonable attempt
to accommodate your party. However, we reserve the
right to place your party wherever necessary and
change seating arrangements with no prior notice.
How will the tables be arranged?
We can accommodate groups up to 12 at one table.
Due to space groups over 12 will need to be broken
down into smaller tables.
We would like a horseshoe layout for
our table.
Unfortunately, due to space limitations we are not able
to accommodate horseshoe or conference style tables.
May I bring in decorations?
If you wish you may arrive up to 15 minutes early to decorate
your table. We ask that you refrain from using
confetti as it may stain our tables.
Can we have floral arrangements delivered?
All tables will have bud vases with fresh flowers, but
you are welcome to bring your own flowers or have
floral arrangements delivered.
Is the restaurant handicapped accessible?
Yes, we are handicapped accessible. Please let the
manger know at the time of booking to special needs
of any guest in your group.
There will be children attending my
event.
Please let the manger know at the time of booking if children
will be attending. We have high chairs and
booster chairs available as well as coloring sheets.
How long will we have our space?
Events are booked at a two and a half hour increment.
If your event requires more time there is a $100
room charge. Please let us know at the time
you book your event that you may need more time.
Do you have desserts?
We have many award winning desserts that are baked in
house daily. We can provide a sheet cake for your
event or give your guests a selection of desserts.
The manger booking your reservation will discuss
all available options for your group.
Can I bring in a cake?
We are happy to bake a cake for you. Please talk
to the manager at the time of booking about specialty
cake orders.
I want to let my guests choose their
own dessert.
All of our desserts are cut to order. To insure
desserts are delivered in a timely manner we will
take the dessert order at the time of the entrée
order.
May we bring in our own wine or champagne?
We do not allow outside wine or champagne, but we do have
an extensive wine list and are happy to discuss
what wines might serve your group the best.
Where will our party be set up?
When making your reservation we will try to accommodate
your seating preference. However, we are guaranteeing
a space within the restaurant and not a particular
area or table. Parties will be placed in areas
that will allow us to accommodate maximum seating
capabilities. Groups under 40 may request
dividers for a semi private area. There is
no extra charge for room dividers.
Can we have a private area?
If your group is less than 40 people and you wish to have
a private area the following room fees and food

Will I need to put down a deposit?
A $250 deposit will be required for all private functions.
Do you add a gratuity?
We add a 20% gratuity to all special event parties.
I would like tablecloths for my event.
If you wish to have tablecloths for your event there is
a $30 linen fee for parties of 25 or less. For parties
over 25 there will be a $60 linen fee.
Can we order off the regular menu?
If your group is 25 people or less you may order off our
entire menu. To ensure service standards groups
over 25 have a selected menu. We do have menu
packages available to make the selection of menus
easier. The manager will discuss all the options
with your at the time of booking.
If my group is under 25 we have a selected
menu?
We are happy to do a selected menu for any size group.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you
would like to do a selected menu.
Will you print the menu for our event?
Yes, we are happy to print the menu for your event.
Menus will be down at each place setting before
your guests arrive.
When do you need to know what menu
choices we would like?
We request that you give us your selected menu choices
7 days prior to your event.
What if I need to cancel my event?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you nee to cancel
your event. We are holding a time and a space
for you and may have turned away other parties.
In order to refund a deposit for a private event
we will need 7 days notice.
In-Restaurant Party Polices

event. We offer a variety of options to make your
event a success.

Groups over 10 may be broken down into smaller
tables. We cannot build one large table or do conference
style or horseshoe layouts. All tables are set with
bud vases and votive candles. You may arrive 15
minutes ahead of scheduled time to decorate. Please
alert the manager at the time of booking your party
to any special needs you may have (handicapped accessibility,
high chairs, audio visual needs, etc).
We are saving a chair for you. We ask that your
group arrives promptly and that you limit your event
time to 2.5 hours. Any groups staying longer than
2.5 hours will be subject to $100 an hour charge.
No outside food, cakes, pastries or alcohol will
be permitted. Cakes may be purchased as part of
a package or separately for your event.
Specially decorated cakes will be placed on a cake
table for guest to view and take pictures upon arrival.
Once the group is seated and event orders are taken
the cake will be taken to our kitchen to be cut
and plated by our staff. The remainder will be boxed
and given to the host.
