Our Famous Smoked Prime Rib
Available Friday and Saturday Evenings! A 10 oz. cut of house smoked Prime Rib. Served with horseradish sauce, au jus, grilled asparagus and a loaded baked potato.

Smoked Beef Tenderloin
Top of the line beef tenderloin smoked to perfection. Sliced and served atop a couscous salad with golden beets, carrot and onion.  Finished with a mushroom and whiskey demi-glaze. 

Pacific Halibut
Potato flour dusted and sautéed to perfection. Paired with roasted sweet potatoes and flash fried Brussel sprouts tossed in blueberry vinaigrette. Topped with butternut squash and apple relish with sage.
