Package includes bakery fresh croissant with strawberry butter, morning potatoes, fresh fruit, fresh brewed coffee and small fresh squeezed orange juice. We only offer buffet service for brunch.

Please choose two items from the following:

-"Honey-Kissed" Ham Omelet
Griddled, honey -glazed ham, melted Swiss cheese, diced tomatoes and green onions. Served with country fried potatoes.

-"Zee" Migas
Sautéed tomatoes and onions with crisp tortilla strips folded into scrambled eggs and topped with spicy queso. Served with country fried potatoes.

-Crème Brulee French Toast
Large wedge of our famous Crème Brulee French Toast with fresh berries and a dollop of whipped cream.

-"Canadian" Eggs Benedict
Toasted English muffin with grilled Canadian bacon, poached eggs and fresh hollandaise. Served with country fried potatoes.

-Maryland "Southwestern" Crab Cakes
"Old Bay" Seasoning, roasted corn, bell peppers and crab meat. Lightly breaded and baked. Served on a bed of lettuce over fresh Béarnaise with fiery apple-tomato chutney on the side.
